Sergey Kovalev to Speak at the Conference Reorganisation and M&A: Legal Aspect
On April 25-26, 2016 in Moscow will be held the conference Reorganisation and M&A: Legal Aspects, organised by InforMedia. Sergey Kovalev, Partner, Head of Litigation Practice at EPAM, will speak at the event.
During the conference business and leading law firms’ representatives will discuss the issues of reorganization process’s legal support, antitrust and anti-offshore regulation, M&A international transactions’ peculiarities and complexity, company’s liquidation through the reorganisation and bankruptcy, transactions’ contesting on the basis of the Federal Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)".
