Oleksandr Maydanyk to speak at the 3rd UBA Tax Forum
On 26 September, 2014, the 3rd Tax Forum, organized by Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA), will be held in Kyiv.Oleksandr Maydanyk, Co-head of Tax Practice of EPAM Ukraine, will speak at the event.
Forum participants will discuss the following issues:
- Tax reforms: first results and perspectives;
- Burning issues of international taxation and customs law;
- Judicial practice: What should be born in mind in order to succeed;
- Criminal nuances in tax disputes.
Oleksandr Maydanyk will deliver his presentation on the topic “Positivism vs. spirit of law: problem of choice (by examples of disputes on business purpose and others)” during the session dedicated to topical issues of judicial practice.
