Oleksandr Maydanyk and Arsen Miliutin to Speak at the V UBA Tax Forum
On 23 September, 2016, the V Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) Tax Forum will be held in Kyiv. Oleksandr Maydanyk, Counsel, Co-Head of Tax Practice, and Arsen Miliutin, Counsel of Domestic Litigation Practice at EPAM Ukraine, will speak at the event.
Among discussion topics:
- tax reform;
- recent changes and novelties in taxation;
- international tax planning, transfer pricing, deoffshorization;
- tax disputes.
Oleksandr Maydanyk will deliver his presentation “Deoffshorization – Russian experience” within the session “International tax planning, transfer pricing, deoffshorization”.
Jointly with the judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine Natalia Blazhivska, Arsen Milutin will hold tax competition for the participants of the forum.
