Оksana Ilchenko to participate in 18th Annual Competition Conference
On 19-20 September, 2014, the IBA 18th Annual Competition Conference will be held in Florence, Italy. Oksana Ilchenko, Partner of Competition Practice at EPAM Ukraine will participate in the event.
The conference presented by the IBA Antitrust Committee, supported by the IBA European Regional Forum, will for the 18th time bring together world’s leading practitioners from around the globe to discuss the latest developments and hot topics in competition law today.
The Conference will focus on the following issues:
- Minority ownership – non-controlling minority stakes and competition law;
- Cartels – the ABC’s of antitrust damages;
- Spotlight on antitrust issues and enforcement in Asia Pacific (including the emerging ASEAN countries);
