Ilya Nikiforov to speak at IBA conference on investment in BRICS
Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner of St. Petersburg Law Office of EPAM, will make a presentation at the IBA international conference Investments in BRICS: Business Perspectives and Legal Frameworks, which will be held in London on 25 February 2013.
The conference is presented by the IBA African Regional Forum, the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum, the IBA European Regional Forum, and the IBA Latin American Regional Forum, and supported by the IBA Antitrust Committee, the IBA Arbitration Committee, the IBA Corporate and M&A Committee, and the IBA Litigation Committee.
Conference delegates will discuss:
- Unique issues and opportunities for global enterprises doing business in and with BRICS
- Inbound and outbound corporate / M&A involving BRICS
- Corporate finance in and involving BRICS
- Trade controls, antitrust issues, and other special regulatory issues in BRICS
