Arsen Miliutin and Sergiy Grebenyuk to Speak at the UBA Round Table Discussion on “Constitutional Changes: Expert Discussion”
On 27 August, 2015, the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) Round Table Discussion on “Constitutional Changes: Expert Discussion” will be held in Kyiv. Sergiy Grebenyuk, Counsel, Co-head of Criminal Law Practice, and Arsen Miliutin, Senior Associate of Domestic Litigation Practice at EPAM Ukraine, will speak at the event.
Among discussion topics:
- Constitutional amendments on the judicial system and justice;
- Constitutional amendments on the Constitutional Court of Ukraine: operational policy; introduction of constitutional complaint; composition of court, order of designation and dismissal;
- Constitutional amendments on the Prosecutor’s Office: duties and powers, order of designation and dismissal of Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
