Head of M&A and Corporate Practice at the St. Petersburg office of EPAM, Elena Agaeva, and Associate Tatiana Kunah gave a speech at the seminar entitled ‘Employees’ Personal Data: How Not to Break the Law’, in which they discussed the main requirements of employers as users of personal information, responsibility for any breach of standards, and how the authorities monitor this in practice.
