IFLR 1000 recommends Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners for all CIS jurisdictions

IFLR1000, annual legal guide focused on finance and corporate law, recommends Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners for all CIS jurisdictions, including Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

In Russia, Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners is being recommended for 7 out of 9 areas of law: Bankruptcy, Banking, Capital Markets: Debt, Capital Markets: Equity, Energy, M&A, Project Finance.

IFLR1000 highlights 3 lawyers from Moscow and St. Petersburg offices as leading professionals in their practice areas. The member of the Partners' Committee Dimitry Afanasiev is marked out in five categories: Competition, Disputes, M&A, Restructuring and insolvency and Natural resources. Partner from Moscow office and Head of Banking & Finance, Capital Markets Practice Dmitry Glazounov is recommended in two categories –  Banking and Capital markets: Debt. Olga Mischenko, Head of Construction and PPP Practice at the Firm’s St. Petersburg office earned a ‘rising star’ recommendation for PPP/PFI, Project development, Project finance и 5 Industry sectors: Construction and materials, Healthcare, Real estate, Social infrastructure, Utilities.

According to the Guide, the Firm “has a good financial and corporate practice in Kyiv, recognised for securities work in addition to banking and M&A.”
